Xavier was a great representative, he checked me in, I had an appointment, told me 1-1.5 hours for an oil change, and my car was turned around in 45 minutes. Mid way through I was suggested through tex had an appointment, told me 1-1.5 hours for an oil change, and my car was turned around in 45 minutes. Mid way through I was suggested through text to get a new cabin filter, but I changed that 3 months ago myself, I denied the order and they continued with what I originally came in for. All in all the oil change and process was great. More
