I was already the owner of a 2002 Toyota Camry which I love but wanted to get into something newer and pass the Camry to my son in college. I first reached out via the website and spoke online chat with Carlos who was able to answer my questions ahead of time. Since I was at work he had Rebecca from their sales team reach out to me later via text to help set up a test drive. Both Carlos and Rebecca I found were very attentive, professional and kind . That evening I came to Findlay with my Mom. Gaspar was tmy salesman for the evening I was so impressed with Gaspar. I explained to him my situation, what I was looking for and my credit history. Gaspar was very relatable, professional yet personal. I felt every step of the way that Gaspar was honest and transparent. He simply made the dreaded car buying process more comforting to someone like myself who’s never bought a car on my own and who is rebuilding credit. In the end, I bought a 2016 Camry which I love and feel like was a great purchase. I’m so excited and I appreciate Gaspar, Rebecca and even Carlos from the online chat for all of their help! More

The best experience I ever had I came in there with a bit of a chip on my shoulder. That’s when I ran into Laddie. He promised me that he wouldn’t hustle me or give me a hard time I came in there with a bit of a chip on my shoulder. That’s when I ran into Laddie. Turns out this has been the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Laddie will do whatever it takes to help you out. Not only will they work with you but this man has a kind heart and understands your wants and needs and is willing to work with you. It was an incredible experience I can’t wait to buy my next vehicle at Findlay Toyota. The commercials are cheesy but good because they speak the truth they will do anything to sell you a cooler. Because they did there was no hustle no Bossell I told him where I wanted to be I told him when I could afford and they got me . All of the staff was incredible everybody that I talk to was incredibly nice like I said once and I can’t say it enough it was literally the best experience buying a car ever in my life this is not my first new car or truck it’s probably like my 10th or 12th so I have a little bit experience buying cars please go see this man he’s a great man and he’ll work with you. Like I told Larry if you say that I sent you I told him to donate whatever monies that I get to charity it’s the holiday time some of us are more fortunate than others some of us are less fortunate let’s take care of the less fortunate so every time somebody goes buys a car from Laddie under my name $100 goes to whatever charity you guys want. Awesome Experience Went to the dealership at around 7:30pm looking for a deal. Salesman Rudy Charles met us and inquired what we are looking for and our budget. Based on the information we gave him, he immediately knows what we would like and took us to look at a couple of vehicles. We love the second choice he showed us and immediately agreed to purchase it. Without hesitation, he quickly pull the Corolla, send it to detail while getting us thru finance. While waiting for the paper works, the dealership provide us refreshment, great Starbuck coffee. After signing the finance paperwork, Rudy took us to our new shiny and immaculate white Corolla, fitted it with new floor mat and explained all the terms of our contract. He also provide us with a tank full of gas and inform us of the free oil change. Great deal!! For all this, we were done and on our way home by 9:00pm. Best experience we ever had buying a car. I would recommend Rudy and Findley Toyota to everyone. More
