Findlay’s the worst dealership I’ve dealt with of all the dealerships I’ve been to. The waiting room is loud and busy as opposed to quiet and relaxing. The lack of accommodations is unlike any other dealersh dealerships I’ve been to. The waiting room is loud and busy as opposed to quiet and relaxing. The lack of accommodations is unlike any other dealership experience I’ve had. No complimentary carwash, no complimentary loaner car when the service is expected to be longer than 2-3 hours. And salesmen approach you like sharks when you’re in the waiting lounge. And even the snacks are sold, not complimentary. More

Up charged me for shop rags? What’s next I’m i going to be charged for the tools used on my vehicle as well?. Service rep stated I was arguing with him over the 350 doller price that I did not agree too then had trouble explaining the charges. All and all very bad experience. I have been a loyal customer with Toyota with JP as my sales rep, my entire family has bought Toyotas 10-15 vehicles in total. Makes no sense to charge for shop rags it’s a service department of course you should have rags to clean up after yourself. More
