I am terribly sorry for this inconvenient experience. Unfortunately, since the Governor's stay-at-home order, we have been operating with a very limited staff. This has left us trying to work mostly remote in a very "hands on" business. Since being deemed a non-essential business, we are working the kinks out like everyone else affected by this terrible pandemic. I am not using this as an excuse, rather, an explanation for the lapse in time and lack of immediate communication. From my understanding, we have since issued a refund check in the amount of the payoff difference. Can you verify that you have indeed received this check?
