Process was great. Dave Hamel, the salesman, is absolutely terrible and failed at follow through. He did not have the 2nd key for the brand new car we leased, promised Dave Hamel, the salesman, is absolutely terrible and failed at follow through. He did not have the 2nd key for the brand new car we leased, promised they would find it. No return calls, no return texts (I have the "read" text receipts) after numerous requests from me asking very politely for updates on when I can expect my 2nd key. 6 months later and no return calls. I would avoid Dave Hamel at all costs. More
