Horrible service. Charged $40 for two new wiper blades. Past times when ive had them Replaced, no more than $18. Makes no sense. Had a quoted repair that ended up being over $35 more before taxes. Was quoted one hour for the repair..took almost 3 1/2 hours to complete. No understanding as to why. Kept getting a run around. Had to reschedule a delivery of appliances to my house because of the service taking over 6 hours for a oil change inspection and a simple regular maintenance repair on my car. Very dissatisfied will not be back again More
The original diagnosis was incorrect. I was told Hyundai had to tell them how to fix it and to keep checking in. After 6 months of me calling First Hyundai (no proactive calls from them). Finally brought it had to tell them how to fix it and to keep checking in. After 6 months of me calling First Hyundai (no proactive calls from them). Finally brought it back in for another issue. First day it was there it never got looked at and I only found this out because I called for an update. Left it for the weekend through Tuesday. 5 days. Only to be told the original diagnosis was wrong and it was due to something that I wasn’t having issues with originally but recently started to have problems with. Extended warranty didn’t cover newly identified issue. Having no faith i did not allow them to fix this new issue. When I questioned why it was mis diagnosed originally the service rep blamed an old employee. When I expressed anger in this response she hung up on me. More
