Bad Gas The problem was related to bad gas causing engine failure. The service department quickly resolved the issue which was very expensive to repair!!! My car needed a new engine that was covered under warranty. My first interaction with the service manager/service rep was nothing spectacular. All steps and expectations were explained. However, after my first question regarding a delay, I was met with tremendous attitude and argumentative conflict. For the next 4 months it only got worse. I needed to get corporate involved. And corporate was met with similar attitude, dodging questions, and childish games with documentation, which seemed to be designed to irritate or hurt me. 7 months later, I got my car back but I will never go back or recommend first hyundai to anyone who needs servicing outside of simple oil changes. More
