Horrible customer service Customer service is horrendous!! Recently purchased a car from the dealership and on the day of pick up they have curbed the wheels and damaged the ti Customer service is horrendous!! Recently purchased a car from the dealership and on the day of pick up they have curbed the wheels and damaged the tire of the front passenger side. Informed the sales person who got a manager and said they will fix free of chage. We got a written agreement saying they will get a new tire and fix the wheel. Fast forward to a week later I have not heard anything from their service manager so I called to check what the status of my repair was. I got transferred three times before I got answer. Needless to say I was given an attitude before I got my answer. They said they got the tire but need to schedule a day with the wheel. Its been a week and no one called me to give me an update and mind you these guys probably never called the wheel guy. So fast forward a few days later I called again they said drop off the car and it will be fixed monday latest Tuesday . As of now I dropped the car off Sunday night 10-23-2016 and today is 10-25-2016 and my car is still not fixed. Horrible customer service. Please take your business else where or you will be facing the same problem I am. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bueral as well. Currently contemplating on selling the car back to the dealership and cut my loses More
