Awful Experience What an awful buying experience. They agreed to remove the rear tint on the vehicle, which had bubbled and looked awful. Called the salesman a few day What an awful buying experience. They agreed to remove the rear tint on the vehicle, which had bubbled and looked awful. Called the salesman a few days later (by the way, good luck getting a hold of them or getting them to return your calls) to see when we could pick the car up and he flat out lied. He said the car was in the reconditioning shop having the tint removed as we spoke and they were just waiting on the registration. Two days later I finally got them to return my calls to see when the car could be picked up and they said it was ready. 15 minutes later the salesman calls and says actually it's not... they're having trouble removing the tint. The solution needed to remove it, needs 24-48 hours and it's only been on for 10. How is that possible if it was being worked on "as we spoke" two days prior? We finally got to get the car, the salesman hands us the keys, says "goodluck" and as we're about to leave when we notice they didn't fill the gas tank (something they advertise as part of their First for Life program). I go back in and tell them this. They apologize and take us to fill the tank. We're about to pull off the lot again and the salesman stops us. He forgot to give us the financial paperwork and warranty information. This is nothing compared to what happens next. WE GET PULLED OVER ON THE WAY HOME for a busted license plate light. They let us leave the lot with a light out. Guess it was overlooked during that 120-point inspection. The next morning we notice that they never bothered to clean up after removing the tint and there are good sized pieces on the seats, floor, and trunk. Also, there's a huge white stain on the rear pillar from the solution used to remove the tint. I call the dealership and tell them this and again they apologize. We had to bring it in again for the inspection sticker and they said they'd take care of all that stuff too. After 5 hours at the dealership we're about to leave. I put the car in reverse, look back and see the white stain is still there. I put the car in park and get out to check the license plate light. It's still out. I felt like they needed me to hold their hand through every step. This was BY FAR the worst car buying experience I've ever had. They didn't even try to make us happy customers again after everything we went through. They just did the work they were supposed to. More

Although we had a very nice (very new) sales representative --The management (Andre)is very rude and overbearing. When you come in they 'pretend' to listen to your needs, but when it is all said and done---they haven't heard a thing. We started at 9am and told them how much per month we wanted to spend and how much we wanted to put down. Unfortunately, at 4pm when we finished...the cars they had showed us were $100 or more over the monthly price and we needed an additional $500 down to get close. The management does a definite bait and switch!! NEVER AGAIN!! More
Mistakes Happen At first my experience wasn't so pleasant due to a little mishap where the dealer mistakenly sold the car they had sold to me. But my sales person Ave At first my experience wasn't so pleasant due to a little mishap where the dealer mistakenly sold the car they had sold to me. But my sales person Avery Diaz and the sales manager went out of their way to make up for what happened by providing me with a better model Sonata and saved me some money on my monthly payments on my lease! In my opinion, they do value their customers and I do recommend business with them. More

Less painful than I expected! Maybe the numbers just worked this time or maybe I should give credit where credit is due. I thought the value on my trade in was fair as well as the price on my new pre-owned vehicle. My salesman stayed pretty much in my lane in terms of price range of vehicles I wanted to see. I always asked to see a vehicle that was more the base model to compare and there was no hesitation by the staff to allow me these options. More
