I went in for an oil change and while I didn’t have an appointment, it took 3 hours exactly time in->time out. I was told a 30-45 minute wait. After 2 1/2 hours I went t see if it was done and was told th appointment, it took 3 hours exactly time in->time out. I was told a 30-45 minute wait.
