Great help from DJ in finding the right car for purchase, multiple test drives and no pressure while giving me feedback on each vehicle. The 5 star sales experience was a pleasure but was ruined by actually multiple test drives and no pressure while giving me feedback on each vehicle. The 5 star sales experience was a pleasure but was ruined by actually trying to buy the car when an understaffed finance dept took over 2 hours to begin a process that should have been done in 30 minutes. I showed up with check in hand and forms filled out the day before, but my impression was that Fisher has a system that can't deviate in order to put the customer first, despite seeing multiple managers running around the facility. There's no reason someone should walk into a dealership with paperwork and check in hand for a deal that was already approved, and then wait over 2 hours to drive away. Luckily, DJ stayed involved and provided multiple apologies for a finance process that seems like it could use some tweaking. More

He approached us with sincerity and allowed us to take our time deciding what we wanted. He explained the differences & upgrades to both the RDX and MDX and answered all of our questions with honesty. When we informed him that we wanted to think about it for a couple of weeks & do our own research, he offered to help in any way possible. When we returned the 2nd time he was more than willing to answer additional questions. DJ made our new car buying experience very comfortable and we were confident in our decision which is why we upgraded from the RDX to the new 2023 MDX with the advanced package. Buying a car just isn't the same since COVID but what is? We order our new CRV-Hybrid without being able to see one or test drive one.
