First off let me start by thanking my salesman John over at Hoffman Jeep in Hagerstown because without him none of this would be possible. I never thought I would be the owner of a brand new Jeep Renegade but John made it happen. I went through a terrible divorce and my credit took a terrible bit a few years back. Although my credit is looking better it is still not what many would consider great, repos, foreclosures you name it I had it. I took a chance and what can I say. John and his manager made it happen. He went over everything with me and all of my options and we came up with a small down payment and monthly payment option I would have never thought would have been possible. And now I can say in a very short time I was proclaimed the owner of a brand new Jeep. I owe John and the tram over at Hoffman so much for helping my dream of becoming a Jeep owner come true. I am now part of the Jeep brotherhood. Thank you John and Hoffman Jeep for everything. It's been a hard for me and you really made this year a complete turn around and memorable one for the good. I was driving a 12 yr old jeep which I loved but even with low mileage it was starting to cost more than we wanted in repairs. My husband talked to Ron Doub and we met with him one day and drove home the next with an awesome car which will last me another 12 years:) We had purchased another jeep there 18 years ago and was very happy to visit Hoffman again for the same very good service. I highly recommend this dealership. They were very knowledgable and friendly and we ended up purchasing a smaller vehicle than planned because he took the time to let us ask questions and drive each one. Got a beautiful Chevy Equinox!
