Gimmicks, sale ploys, and deception. Was interested in a new SUV of some sort. Got a lottery type game piece (advertisement) in the mail from Hoffman. I played it and lined up 2 columns o Was interested in a new SUV of some sort. Got a lottery type game piece (advertisement) in the mail from Hoffman. I played it and lined up 2 columns of sevens. It said I won $1000 cash! Not trade-in, rebate, or incentive....... CASH! Fantastic! Add that to the rebates and incentives also found on the advertisement and I'm good! However, not the case. I was told that it was "for a chance to win $1,000" and I must "play the game board" and only then would I get a lottery scratch off ticket to play for $1000. NO WHERE on the game piece mailed to me did it say "I won a CHANCE for $1000" or "you've won a scratch off ticket to play for $1000." However, fine print stated "see dealer for game details," how gullible of me! Buying a vehicle should not be a game of chance, a gamble, or a game. If that is how a dealer offers savings to it's customers, they need to re-evaluate they way they do business. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealer and will certainly notify family, friends, and the public to do the same. More

Amazing experience I absolutely LOVE this dealership. After renting a car for almost a year and searching for a vehicle I loved this dealership was perfect for me.
