This place has gone down hill Over the past 20 years, I have bought several cars from Fitzgerald. Unfortunately, my most recent will be my last. The salesman did the stereotypical "telling me what I want to hear", just to get sale. I specifically asked about the car being equipped with Sirius Radio, was told yes. Now I find out that it is not, so I'll have to spend extra to rectify that situation. During the loan process, I was promised this price, for this monthly amount. When I finally got to the credit department, it was nothing I was promised and the credit guy had to hustle to get the numbers where I wanted- which added to the already 2.5 hours I had been sitting there. I will admit Zack in credit did a great job. I have purchased from Fitzgerald so many times, I had grown to trust the people that work there. I'd say I'll know better for next time, but I don't foresee there ever being a next time. More

Great First Car Buying Experience For my first car, I was in the market for a VW Golf R. After having two slip away from me, I saw the one I eventually purchased pop up at Fitzgerald. I called as soon as I saw the listing (before the vehicle was even inspected and put on the lot). Jason, my salesman, was really helpful and forthcoming with keeping me up to date on the car, allowing me to bug him via text. His transparency and friendly demeanor allowed us to quickly build rapport and seal the deal. I called on Wednesday and by the following Monday I drove off with my new car. Fitzgerald was also great about handling services concerns I had upon test driving the vehicle. They took the car in for inspection and provided me with a loaner in the mean time. I was actually searching for a new car for myself as well and she recommended for me to come here. So I came in to look at some Honda Accords with Jason as well not really knowing I would just get a car that same day lol. Mind you, we drove all the way from Rovkville. Jason was very organized, knowledgeable and had all paperwork necessary and 2 particular cars ready for us to test drive.
