My wife and I already knew what vehicle we wanted to purchase, and I contacted Fitzgerald Auto Mall to speak to a Mazda salesman. I was immediately connected to Brent Johns. I explained to him our current vehicle situation and our purchasing needs. Brent was very knowledge about the Mazda 6 we were inquiring about, and answered all my questions and concerns. If Brent did not have an immediately answer for me, he researched the answer and contacted me within a very reasonable time period, usually within minutes. Due to my wife and I living over an hour from the dealership (different state), Brent made sure to get all the required documents from us prior to our purchase date in order to expedite the purchase process when we arrived. When we arrived at the dealership, we were approached by very friendly staff. The transaction process went smoothly, and our Finance Manager Mike Sienkiewicz was also very friendly and knowledgeable. This was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I ever had. If you are ever in the market for a Mazda or any other vehicle offered by Fitzgerald Auto Mall, you will not be disappointed. One of the best parts about this dealership is their “No Haggle” practice. We will definitely be coming back in three years when our new vehicle lease is coming to an end. More
