This dealer has taken two and a half hours on an oil change, and the car isn’t even ready yet. I had an appointment and arrived for the appointment ten minutes early to check in. My name is Leroy Gaines and I have to thank you so much for ensuring that my newly purchased vehicle 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe was professionally and expeditiously serviced. Shortly after purchase in May 2022 for ensuring that my newly purchased vehicle 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe was professionally and expeditiously serviced. Shortly after purchase in May 2022, I heard and felt a very significant "rumbling & bumping sensation" in the rear drive train. My mechanic on a test drive suggested it may be in the differential/drive train. I made a call to the Corporate Office. They promptly connected me with the Service Manager and his Team. It turns out the problem was a coupler assembly, a $1200 repair. They fixed it and provided a loaner. The vehicle runs much better and I'm very pleased with the service and attention I received from Mr. Abel, Adolfo and Jimmy (I believe that's the name of the gentleman who took the initial diagnostic drive with me). Please share these compliments with them. I was referred to your dealership by my cousin who has purchased at least 2 vehicles from your dealership. When I first encountered the problem i was very upset, as you may well understand. But clearly Fitzgerald is living up to it's advertisements and I'm happy to make referrals in the future. Also, my car was not given back to me in the condition I gave it to the dealership in do to that I requested a manager and was directed to John Neitzey the service manager who was extremely disrespectful and not welcoming at all. John Neitzey comes off VERY RACIST with his tone and demeanor how he spoke to me was completely unacceptable. I've been to this location a few times and never had any issues until now. John Neitzey made me feel highly uncomfortable like I was not valued as a customer or PERSON. I'm not sure why Fitzgerald Auto would have such a NASTY individual working for them and as a manager at that. I'm writing this review in hopes that it will help Mr. John work on his customer service skills and the way he speaks to others. Being as though I wasn't able to address my issues and concerns with him because he walked off as I was talking. More

Ordered a Hyundai Santa Fe Plug-in Hybrid. Eventhough many dealers are charging a mark-up in the thousands, Fitzgerald honored their commitment to sell us the vehicle at sticker price. Purchased a used vehicle from the White Flint location. I would not use this dealership for any future purchases, event hough they received tax dollars through the COVID Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). Don't believe anything the sales people/managers tell you--even in writing--because they do not honor their written commitments. They took our $500 deposit in mid-July 2021 to "secure" our new car "that you--even in writing--because they do not honor their written commitments. They took our $500 deposit in mid-July 2021 to "secure" our new car "that no one can make an offer on" with an 8/22/21 ETA. They promised to keep us updated but of course they didn't. When we called them for an update on 8/23, a manager rudely told us our new ETA is in October and that there are people ahead of us! Obviously, they sold "our" car to someone else not gullible enough to leave a deposit and figured they could just string us along indefinitely. Absolutely no reason to think they would honor the October ETA. More
