Mr. Worthington is the reason I bought a Mazda at Annapolis dealership. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and very low pressure. I went to two other local dealerships, both Honda and Toyota, and their sales people took very little time with me and none of them sent me a follow up e-mail or call, although they had my information. I went back to Fitzgerald Mazda and although Mr. Worthington was very busy with other customers and I didn't have an appointment he made time to help me and I bought a new car for the first time!
