The used car I purchased for my daughter had numerous loose suspension components, with the control arm one bolt rotation away from falling off. My wife was LIVID that our daughter’s safety was in jeopar loose suspension components, with the control arm one bolt rotation away from falling off. My wife was LIVID that our daughter’s safety was in jeopardy. Not much of a chance she’ll buy another vehicle from Fitzgerald. They did reimburse me for one hour of labor after my mechanic corrected the problem. As far as customer service goes, their response was anemic. More
