Just bought a car with Joeanna Cabrera and couldn't have had a better experience. She was nice, knowledgeable and extremely patient with my indecisiveness. The price breakdown was very clear and we simulated several financing models so that I could pick what would be best for me. And then --get this -- I chose a different car (due to a variety of reasons) and the Fitzgerald Annapolis didn't have it there. But not to worry: Joeanna contacted a sister store, found the exact model I was looking for, negotiated a price that was better than the competition had offered me, and even went all the way to the other location to do the sale with me. I also want to mention James, who went on one of the test drives with me and is truly a connoisseur! And he fully supported Joeanna to get the business across the finish line (I like that kind of camaraderie among sales people).
