I owned two low mileage 2005 Buicks and my dealer for over 30 years was Fitzgerald GMC on Nicholson. When they closed I transferred to the Hyubdai/Subaru dealer on Rockville Pike. This was my first visit over 30 years was Fitzgerald GMC on Nicholson. When they closed I transferred to the Hyubdai/Subaru dealer on Rockville Pike. This was my first visit to the new dealer and it was a very difficult transition for me. Fortunately, there were some very nice people who helped me and showed me around. Nick who checked in my cars for routine service/maintenance, Brian Wilson and Cristin Simons, Service Advisors; John Fetty, Sang Amereihn, and Sarah Bennani in sales; and Frank Canozo in Finance. They were all helpful, friendly, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. After having the two cars serviced, I decided to trade in both cars because it was getting harder to get parts for them and I bought a new Hyundai from the showroom floor. Sarah was the one who helped me through the process the most. Her customer service was outstanding and she went above and beyond. She went through all the features of the new car with me, answered all my questions and helped me set up BlueLink, etc., She helped me transfer all my belongings, in the rain, from my two cars to the new car and followed up several times by phone to see how I liked the new car and ask if I had any questions. She made everything easier for me. I look forward to a long relationship with Fitzgerald Hyundai/Subaru in Rockville. More

Day was very busy with many cars brought in. I just needed an oil change and checkup. Was told it could be 3 1/2 hours. Chose to stay. Took 3 hours but wanted to get it over with. 23 forste I just needed an oil change and checkup. Was told it could be 3 1/2 hours. Chose to stay.
