I was disappointed that my GM coupon for an oil change was not accepted for my Buick. Also the service took longer than I had expected. Terrible. Didn't have the part promised after 3 notifications that I had an appointment to have the part installed.. Still had to wait 4 hrs for installation Didn't have the part promised after 3 notifications that I had an appointment to have the part installed.. Still had to wait 4 hrs for installation of a part that was available. The price I was quoted on the phone was more than $100 less then the service dept indicated upon check-in. It was gridlock trying to check in. Service specialist was very patient. Something is broken in your system. After I get the part installed which was pre-paid when I bought the vehicle, I will seek other options for service. Will see how the next appointment 9/5 works...or not. More
