Was told that they could not order the tires that Subaru Corporation said were to be put on my Subaru 2018 2.5 I Forester. They ordered and put on the incorrect tires and caused damage to the vehicle. I had Corporation said were to be put on my Subaru 2018 2.5 I Forester. They ordered and put on the incorrect tires and caused damage to the vehicle. I had to buy the correct tires at a private company for $1,100 + with balance and services. I said the battery was not correct and Subaru corporate gave me the correct information to have that installed. I was told I needed a repair service that was done and Subaru corporate informed me this was not correct either. Parts were found to be substandard and faulty. I have sold the vehicle. I do not have the vehicle. I called and have asked the manager at Fitzgerald Subaru Rockville to remove and close my name and all information pertaining to my account with their dealership. I was a top loyal customer with this dealership. I bought my vehicle from them and returned and had 100% of all service done on the vehicle from September 2018 until 2026. I am more than disappointed. They know what they did. There is no honesty or Subaru parts being put on the customer vehicle. Take your vehicle somewhere else. More

Work was done correctly and I was not pressured to do anything that was not needed. The service rep was polite and friendly. Excellent service with one issue that prevents a 5th star. It is difficult to contact anyone other than someone who can schedule an appointment. This includes status of the service, timely response during open hours while the car is in service, and reaching a technician verbally. I sometimes get texts, but they are not timely. Other than that, I am pleased with the quality of work, the video texted to me with the results of their diagnostics (e.g. tire tread, brake wear, filter condition, etc.), the complementary Lyft service to my home about 2 miles away, and the lounge when I wait for the vehicle, which has great snacks and drinks. More
