One reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I was recommended to get new spark plugs for $600 at 84,000 miles when my car just had them replaced at Fitzgerald Subaru Gaithersburg at the 60,000 mile mark. If I hadn’t inquired about the previous work at the other dealership, then I would’ve paid unnecessarily for the expensive replacements. Hopefully you can integrate databases from all Fitzgerald Subarus to prevent this mix up from happening in the future. Secondly, I found my car unlocked in the dealership parking lot upon pick up. If it is outside on the lot, I would appreciate for it to be locked when not being attend to in order to prevent theft of my vehicle and personal items. Thank you. More
This was the 2nd time my Forester had a windshield replacement in less than 2 years. The first time took only about 3 days, but this time took over 10 days for windshield, camera mount, camera (broke replacement in less than 2 years. The first time took only about 3 days, but this time took over 10 days for windshield, camera mount, camera (broken by Safelite) and recalibration. I would just prefer no technology in the windshield. More
