The price quoted on the phone was the price we paid. There was no pressure to add anything. We did not pay for extra parts of packages that we did not ask for. I have used Fitzgerald before (12 years ago), and the experience was the same, so their policy is solid. I bought a protection plan, then, 3 weeks later, decided that I did not want it. The customer service rep was helpful and efficient in helping me cancel it - turns out that I had 90 days to do so! No hassle, no sell, just help. More

Great car and value I leased a 2017 Legacy premium 2.5 with the $3K package (eyesight, blind spot, moon roof, etc.). I found nothing like this Legacy's features/ price o I leased a 2017 Legacy premium 2.5 with the $3K package (eyesight, blind spot, moon roof, etc.). I found nothing like this Legacy's features/ price on the market, not the Accord, not the Camry. Consumer Reports' road test of Legacy (highest score in its category) and its reportedly top performing eyesight attracted my attention. My test drive (and subsequent full month of driving) confirmed a great ride and impressive and practical safety features. John Moldiz listened and ultimately came up with a deal that made me happy. In addition to an orientation at the sale, Fitzgerald gave us a subsequent, useful one-hour lesson on the Legacy's many high tech features. If my experience is an indication, Fitzgerald would like to make its customers happy. More

Great Service I was searching for a new servicing center for my Subaru from multiple bad experiences and although, this dealer is not the closest, after I tried it I was searching for a new servicing center for my Subaru from multiple bad experiences and although, this dealer is not the closest, after I tried it and met the staff, I was wondering why I never made the trip to come here. The staff is the best and the service manager (john) went out of his way to make sure all of my needs were met. It is due to him and his staff that I will return and tell all of my Subaru friends where to come for their servicing needs. This place is the best and my Subaru runs and looks great every time I leave there. Thanks To All The Staff!! More

Abel was kind courteous and understood my situation I had to get my truck fixed promptly so I could get my daughter off the bus and they got my truck serviced and back to me clean and in a very reasonable time and I was shocked that I was offered free pizza and water while I waited mr. Abel kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and like I said it was done in a timely manner I would recommend mr. Abel and the staff of the Subaru service department in Rockville Maryland to everyone I know thank you very much More

Dishonest and Rude- they blew a sale! Spent a few hours at the dealer on a Saturday to select the right car. Confident I wanted a Subaru so the sale was a no-brainer. Went back two days later (the next open business day) & waited around, got a run-around (encouragement to look at other cars) only to be told the car was actually sold an hour after my initial visit. Wondered why I wasn't told there was no car when I initially arrived! The experience made me distrustful of the employees, the manager continuously interrupted me and was rude to the salesperson in front of me (terrible leadership) and I left without a car. Ended up researching online to find my new Subaru and doing most of the legwork online/via phone. Additionally, the salesman asked me if I was going to buy the car "all by myself"- not sure if he also asks the same question of his male customers. Pretty disheartening. Would offer zero stars if it were an option. More
Exceptional unscheduled service provided for low tire I stopped at the Service Department on Rockville Pike on 9/19/16 because my tire light had come on when I left my office in Tysons Corner. I purchase I stopped at the Service Department on Rockville Pike on 9/19/16 because my tire light had come on when I left my office in Tysons Corner. I purchased my vehicle at the Lake Forest location but the Rockville Pike location was much closer to my home. Luis Martinez was the service advisor who assisted me and even though it was an unscheduled service appointment, he got my vehicle into the shop for service right away. They checked the tires, found the leak, and plugged/repaired the tire for me in a reasonable amount of time. I just wanted to let Management know how helpful Luis was and how appreciative I was that my tire was fixed and I was back on the road. The risk of a flat tire while traveling the beltway to Tysons Corner every day could make my commute a very traumatic experience. Luis and the Rockville service department should be commended for their excellent customer service. On a scale of 1 to 10, they deserve a “10” that day. Thanks Luis. I understand Luis has moved to the Gaithersburg location which is my normal service location so I look forward to working with him there. More
