I would give Fitzgerald Subaru 5-star rating across the board, because their service is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I bought my used Subaru there and was very happy with the sales experience, a board, because their service is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I visited this dealership on 3 different occasions for over 2 hours at a time, dealing specifically with tom redlack. Not only is he knowledgable about Subarus, he is a car enthusiast himself. Conversing with a knowledgable sales person really helped me make my decisions on what Subaru to buy. I've dealt with over dozen dealerships throughout the course of my car purchasing experiences, and this man is not your "run of the mill" car salesman. He is able to answer in depth questions regarding the functional operability of the car from day to day commuting, to symmetrical AWD operations in extreme weather conditions. Tom was supposed to be off at 2100 hours on the night i purchased by 2014 subaru legacy. My last official handshake was at approximately 2220 hours right before i drove off the lot. Tom spent the extra hour and twenty minutes ensuring i understood all the capabilities that my 2014 legacy had to offer. The experience was quite enjoyable. Gregg, the sales manager gave me quite a decent price on my trade in, and was more than happy to cooperate with my bank (NFCU). Sales prices beat USAA car buying service price by hundreds of dollars. This IS the dealership you want to deal with, Tom IS the guy you need to talk to. More

Service staff berated me for scheduling my service too late (430pm) even though they are open until 7pm and it took less than 1 hour. I told them that I could come back another day but he said it was fine late (430pm) even though they are open until 7pm and it took less than 1 hour. Me and My wife's first experience buying a new car was at Fitzgerald Subaru on 3-17-2013. We decided to buy Subaru because simply they are the best in their class. Our sales man was Tom Redlack and he was simply awesome. We were nervous about buying a new car but after talking to Tom and his coworkers we felt very safe. They explained everything and put all the choices on the table for us. Unlike other stores we went to, they never pushed us or tricked us into buying something we were not sure about. We chose the car, and we chose the services and insurance we felt were right after a very clear and concise explanation from Tom Redlack. We have already recommended Fitzgerald Subaru to all our friends and relatives. If you want the best of the best ask for Tom Redlack. Thank you Tom for your hard work and honesty. Excellent dealership, excellent salesperson. We were needed to buy a new car around New Year's, but most Subaru dealers are closed on Sunday. Fitzgerald was open, called me back quickly, and had our mo needed to buy a new car around New Year's, but most Subaru dealers are closed on Sunday. Fitzgerald was open, called me back quickly, and had our model/color combination in stock (we were looking for a combination not well-stocked, usually). I asked them to start cleaning it up to speed up the sales process, and they obliged. Big time saver, and very classy of them to do this. When we got to the dealership, my wife started having second thoughts about the color/features, and they were patient while she weighed the one they started washing against another showroom model. Never once pressured us. Constantin did everything he could to keep the process moving and efficient; he didn't waste our valuable time. Love our new Outback, although the wife won't let me drive it :). Finally, the best review came from our dogs, who happily jumped in and smiled the whole ride to the vet. More
