Come to find out it was something major that I did I came to the dealer to get my car checked after the check engine light had been on for a few days. Come to find out it was something major that I didn’t have the money for. After some thought, I made the decision to trade it in and get a new car. They dealership worked with me and gave me what I thought was fair in light of all the repairs. They also put me in a great used vehicle. My husband is/was a die hard Ford fan and was in the hunt for a new truck. Lloyd was patient and explained all the differences on the different Chevy models available. We test drove multiple vehicles and finally decided to purchase a 2019 Colorado , Red Line Package. We were given a tour of the dealerships, introduced to the service area and staff (cleanest maintenance area I have ever seen). We were also given a tech lesson on how to operate the new system. Low pressure atmosphere made this a pleasurable experience overall. We really would recommend Lloyd as he is am outstanding salesman. Thanks More

I have worked with the sevice department manager, Joe and his team, Amanda, Brian, and Jeff. When I arrived I was greeted immediately. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. They were even able to get me a loaner carwithin a short amount of time. Each time my car was still in the shop they sent me updates via text. Great communication with the customer and no guessing! While I was waiting in the lobby I made some observations. The waiting area was very clean and had many places to do your work if you have to wait. There were countertops for a laptop and free Wi-Fi. Also while I was waiting for my loaner car in the lobby I was greeted by every single person who passed by, and a couple of them even offered water or coffee. It truly made me feel like that they are a team and they share one goal and that is to provide the best customer service to their customers. The work they've done on my car, door latches and replacing a blower motor, was great. There are no issues and I never had to take my car back for a second check. I highly recommend this dealership for service experience. More
Exceptional service I recently took my GMC pickup in for AC and transmission service. The part needed for my transmission was on back order. The service rep (Brian) rem I recently took my GMC pickup in for AC and transmission service. The part needed for my transmission was on back order. The service rep (Brian) remained in constant contact with me during the whole time and found a creative solution to get me back in my truck. He could have just left me in line with the others but he didn’t. I didn’t even have to ask, he sensed the urgency to get me my vehicle back and did everything he could. I appreciate the personal feel that I got from Brian and 5 star and will return there for any future service, thanks Brian! PS, there was also a guy (Jeff I think) who took some of my calls along with a young lady who were super helpful as well. Not reflecting back the entire team there in service was really good. More
