I love the copy and paste response. My claims are substantiated. Who knew it was against car buying protocol to travel and visit family for Christmas. Now I’m stuck due to engine failure. Your service advisor told me this is a known issue with this vehicle and yet you still decided it was good to sell at double its value. I took it to a dealership here based on the direction from your service team. Unless you’re buying the car back, replacing the engine and paying for the tow back to Texas you’ve given no solutions.
