The team at Sam Pack five Star Chevrolet were extremely respectful, courteous, polite and knowledgeable. I set up an appointment the night before my service was to be preformed without any trouble. Five Star Chevrolet was very responsive to my Tahoe maintenance needs. They discovered a dangerous leak in my tire while doing my tire rotation and brought it to my attention so that I could replace th maintenance needs. A+ Experience Stopped at this dealership a few minutes after closing. Was walking the lot just browsing when Michael Leatherwood, Customer Services Manager, stoppe Stopped at this dealership a few minutes after closing. Was walking the lot just browsing when Michael Leatherwood, Customer Services Manager, stopped by as he was leaving to go home. He told us the dealership was closed but feel free to look around and to call him first thing in the morning if we see something we liked. We did just that. He then put us in touch with one of his top salespersons, Lloyd Facen. Lloyd called and got the specifics in what we were in search of. Once he got that information he later sent a personally made video of the exact vehicle we wanted. He told us to come in and he would not stop working for us until we got the deal we wanted. Cheers to Michael, Lloyd, and James Cassels at 5 Star Chevrolet for living up to the company's name. Definitely looking forward to a beautiful relationship. More
