With the cost of today's repairs, it's important that the work be done thoroughly and thoughtfully. I get both at Five Star. I also usually wait onsite while my repairs are completed and I get to view how they treat all the customers and I see many that, while not always pleased that the work is required, they do more often than not appreciate the clear and direct way they deal with their customers.
