Five Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Warner Robins

Let me preface this by saying I was told not to go to Five Star Chrysler by a few people so I take some of the blame. Five Star sold me a "new" 2018 Ram 1500 with 4000+ miles. It was the shop truck so Five Star Chrysler by a few people so I take some of the blame. Five Star sold me a "new" 2018 Ram 1500 with 4000+ miles. It was the shop truck so they never registered it. I was told that the 4K+ miles would be added to my warranty to extend it to just over 40K. My windshield motor went bad and needed to be replaced. I took it in and was told it wasn't under warranty. I explained that there was an extension to my warranty and that it would be under warranty. The service person said it shows I was the original owner and the mileage showed 11 miles when I bought it. I checked my contract and sure enough, they put 11 miles instead of the 4k that was on the truck...stupid me for thinking they were honest. After having a heated discussion, I told them to go ahead. I was told (even though I had an 8:30 appt) we probably won't get to it today, maybe tomorrow. Why tell me to bring it in at 8:30 if you weren't going to do it today. I called the next day to find out the progress and was told the truck was just diagnosed and needed a new wiper motor. The quoted price was $815. WHAT!!!! I checked online and found it should cost under $350. I said not thanks and went to pick up my truck and was charged $225 for diagnostic check. I got the wiper motor myself for $56 and changed it myself in less than 2 hours. This place is dishonest and rude. Take you business elsewhere, it certainly can't be worse. Now my friends have the pleasure of saying " I told you so"...live and learn. More

Courteous & Friendly from the moment we drove into the dealership for a drive by look-see. The first person to introduce themself was Marcus Jones. He was very polite and encouraged us to stroll through dealership for a drive by look-see. The first person to introduce themself was Marcus Jones. The Quality Assurance Evalutor (QAE) brought out the truck Marcus had suggested might meet our needs. While I discussed the truck with Marcus, the QAE explained everything about the enterior. Marcus even helped us to find another discount for being a current truck owner because we still owned a 93 Chevy Silverado. The whole experience was hassle free, no pressure tactics and we we closed the deal to everyone's satisfaction. The comfortable cab brought fond memories of the first Dodge we owned, a 1994 B250 Conversion van we owned and drove for 12 years.
