Great service work but... I had my truck in for transmission work. They did a superior job and worked hard to get me the lowest price possible. However, when I tried to leave I had my truck in for transmission work. They did a superior job and worked hard to get me the lowest price possible. However, when I tried to leave, my battery was dead and had acid all over it. They jumped me, told me to pour soda water on my battery and sent me on my way. I got home and haven't been able to go anywhere else because my battery is dead and I can't get it out to replace it. I wish they would have warned me about my bad battery and offered to put in a new one. I'm a senior and depend on my vehicle service providers to make sure I won't get stranded. I've been stranded at home for over a month, so fully self quarantined. More
