Great Experience! I was referred to Roderick Smith by Nic Peters from the service department. Roderick was very professional. I saw the car I wanted online and couldn't I was referred to Roderick Smith by Nic Peters from the service department. Roderick was very professional. I saw the car I wanted online and couldn't get to the dealership that day. So he text me a video of the car and gave me all of the information I needed in a timely manner. After I drove off the car lot with my new car my back door got stuck when "I" tried to pull up the child safety lock. I guess I didn't do it correctly and the door jammed. At 6:00 Roderick drove all the way to my son's daycare and stayed with me until the service department came to get it open. Thanks Rod! I'll definitely recommend you and Nic to everyone! More

Best Experience Ever Katie Reynolds was my service rep and I hope every time that I need service work done that I will be lucky enough to have her again as my rep. She was Katie Reynolds was my service rep and I hope every time that I need service work done that I will be lucky enough to have her again as my rep. She was excellent, explained everything to me and had my card serviced on time when promised. She also went and got my car and brought it back to the service bay for me and took me right to the cashier window which was another pleasant experience with the cashier Andrea Dukes. She was quick and prompt and also explained my bill for me so I could understand it as well. It was a great experience in all.
