Absolute worsy This dealership is the absolute worst dealership i have been to. I told them yesterday morning i was no longer interested in buying the car. So i left right after i left i saw 3 new inquiries show up on my credit file when i was told my credit would no longer be ran. And now today my credit is still being pulled. Dont buy your car from them they are rude and will wax your credit. More

My tires were very worn and needed replacing immediately. Before purchasing new tires, I asked to speak to a sales person as I was considering a trade. Bill , in the Quick Lane Center, gave me the name of a salesman to talk to. To make a long story short, I ended up purchasing a new vehicle since mine was old. Was not pressured in any way. Everyone gave good advice and I am very happy with my new car. More

First time buyer military This has to be the most surprising experience for me!!! I went in expecting to purchase a used car and didn't want to get a new car thinking it This has to be the most surprising experience for me!!! I went in expecting to purchase a used car and didn't want to get a new car thinking it was out of my price range. I spoke to Kenneth Oliver, letting him know that I am a first time buyer active duty service member. He took the time to give me all of my options, never pushy and helped educate me about picking the right car that's afford for me instead of just selling me a car. I ended up getting a brand new 2017 Ford Fusion that I admire and CAN afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend FIve Star Ford on Russell Parkway!!
