One Star for Five Star Ford Any business that tells you that you must give them five star reviews or the salesman will be held responsible for it- there's a clue. Any business that tells you that they prefer you rate them five stars and leave negative feelings in the comments section- there's a clue. Any business that allows high pressure sales tactics by the finance department and then can't explain why you were overcharged for the extended warranty you didn't want to begin with- there's a clue. When the finance guy bounces different figures between different columns on different "sales agreements" and the great finance rate offer is not what you're presented (and yes, my credit is very good)- there's a clue. The salesman, Roddrick Smith, was pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and diligent; the others...not so much. In fact, the salesman was the only thing positive about my experience. This dealership talks a good game about "what can we do to make it better?" but if they meant it, they would have righted the wrongs to begin with. In my lifetime I have purchased 9 cars/trucks, 2 campers and 2 houses. This was by far the worst big purchase sales experience ever. More
