Five Star Ford Ripped Me Off AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Five Star Ford ripped me off and processed my loan for higher than they should have, impacting my interest rate. I was adaman AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Five Star Ford ripped me off and processed my loan for higher than they should have, impacting my interest rate. I was adamant about only needing $500 gap insurance but they still added other fees to my vehicle and made me sign for them without telling me there would be additional charges. It was closing time and I was rushed through the buying process, so I didn't realize what happened until later. I was told to sign several documents and unaware that I was consenting to $1400 in unwanted charges. Someone offered to take a point off my interest rate since they were dishonest, but later reneged and wouldn't return my calls. I asked them to contact me by email for documentation, but they continued to contact me by phone. I've tried to reach the General Manager Nick Hobbs several times, but never received the courtesy of a response after repeated attempts via phone and email. I received a letter stating to contact Nick Hobbs if I had any questions or concerns about my purchase. I thought the least he could do was give me the courtesy of a response when I reached out to him. I strongly encourage buying from somewhere where your business is valued and appreciated. Buying a car shouldn't be a humiliating experience. More

Th e surge valve is right in front of you and only 2 bolts to remove. The national average for thejob according to the repair website is between $240 and $340 including the part ($125). The service manager handled my complaint by telling me they did not care what anyone else charged-he just kept saying 4 hours x $150 is $600, They padded the hours outrageously, were rude in response and the GM has not returned a call.I posted this review on Facebook and 50 neighbors have all ready commented with similar experiences there. Mike Seay who sold me the 2017 5.0 Mustang was awesome. Now I have a 2018 5.0 Mustang that Pervis sold to me and I love this one more than 2017. Once again the customer service was great and the staff stays consistent with excellent customer service. On a side note my Fiancé was in an accident with her vehicle a Volkswagen Wagon Tiguan. Someone hit her in the back of the SUV. The others person Insurance company gave he several places for collision repair to go to. Volkswagon Collision repair was south GA. One of the choices was to go to Five Star Ford, I told her yes take your car there to Five Star Ford they will take care of you great customer service. Now I’m waiting on my 2018 GT 5.0 oil change and just in hanging out everyone is very nice. It’s always good to see Pervis and Mike Seay and Cameron who is always helpful and kind in the customer service dept. I just had to give a quick shout out to Five Star Ford ***** Great Dealer Ship. Bought a car that broke 2 days later Sales staff was really nice getting me out the door with a good deal on a bmw 335i. Service Review I was referred to five star by my wife because of their food technical service but was quite a bit disallusiones following several issues having my ca I was referred to five star by my wife because of their food technical service but was quite a bit disallusiones following several issues having my car repaired. I initially went in for service on my ignition switch and ended up paying 938.00 for a new key and electrical work. What I noticed after the repair was my heat wasn’t working after the repair but previously did. After taking the car back to be rel-diagnosed it was revealed that I had a upped radiator hose leak which affected the heat. I find it interesting that while the diagnosis included the leak the fact that the heat would be affected want mentioned until after I brought the car back. The service. Person Khalil, who really didn’t listen to me until I actually had to hang up on him and consult the manager. I’ve felt very disrespected by this whole process as upon bringing the car bAck to be serviced I was informed that the wrong part was ordered. It took three hours to find this out taking up my entire morning. Perhaps this could have been avoided if Khalil had called. Me back the day before since I left two messages. FINALLY finding out about the mishap I’m having to wait two Moore days to pay another 400 dollars making a total of $1400.00 over a two week period. The kicker being having to wait 15 minutes for my UNREPAIRED car to be brought to me as the driver was busy and another service person seemed too busy to simply go get it. The bottom line is I am going to get the repair done because I’ve come too far to not get it done but feel extremely taken advantage of and disrespected in this process. Pervis Reynolds is awesome. I went to Five Star Ford in Stone Mountain as my first stop shopping for a new truck. I was introduced to Pervis Reynolds. From the very first, I was I went to Five Star Ford in Stone Mountain as my first stop shopping for a new truck. I was introduced to Pervis Reynolds. From the very first, I was impressed with his professional approach. He was very responsive to all questions and treated my wife and I as friends rather than customers. Pervis worked every possible option to give us the best deal possible. If not for Mr. Reynolds, we probably would have continued shopping. As a result of our meeting Pervis Reynolds, Five Star Ford, Stone Mountain was our first and last stop and I am now the happy owner of a new Ford F-150. While waiting on paperwork, financing etc., we spoke with several others including Linda (the receptionist) and Wes Pope (the dealership owner) and all were very cordial and professional. Unfortunately, I don't remember all their names as our conversations were a great way to pass the time talking about sports, cars and other topics. More
