Quick and fast This was the best experience we have had when it comes to purchasing a car. We came in with the information and picture of the car we wanted. Tony greeted us and went to pull the car that we wanted to purchase. After making sure it was what I wanted Tony took us and and started the process which was really quick because we already had been financed before we got there. The price was great and was just a little different from what was shown to us through the finance company. We were able to get several rebates for the purchase of our new 2017 ford fusion. Rob did an excellent job with explaining about the finance of our new car. Also Kathy Elrod welcomed us to the Ford family and explained features of our car, gave us the different Manuela for the car and took us to where we will bring our car for its first oil change and tube up. Overall the experience was excellent and fast. The people at Five Star Ford are very friendly and takes good care of their customers. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.
