Will Never Go Back Bought a Ford Focus there new in 2014. I've had three clutches go bad - they replaced the first two. Now the third one is worse than the first. I need Bought a Ford Focus there new in 2014. I've had three clutches go bad - they replaced the first two. Now the third one is worse than the first. I need a fourth clutch. They said they won't cover it. So I need a fourth clutch in a 3 year old car I bought there. The service manager - Justin - stated that I only got one oil change there. So I guess if I got my oil changed there he would have covered the fourth clutch. Will never go back to 5 Star Ford and will recommend the same with all my contacts. More
