They are very nice to deal with, provide all the information needed, treat the customer with a great deal of respect and offer explanations about details that are very well done. They do a great job of addressing and respecting the customer. No hassles, no pressures, just provided the bottom line numbers, and a direct answer to every question. The car I wanted had to be brought from another dealership and it was available when promised and exactly what I'd asked for. Josh and Chad are professionals in every respect and could not have satisfied my needs any better than they did. Kenny in Financial was also extremely good - offered several tips and explanations that I very much appreciated, especially that I was entitled to a refund on an extended warranty contract on the Nissan vehicle I was trading in. I appreciated his efficiency in handling the whole process while insuring that he had satisfied my every need. Everyone at the dealership goes out of their way to make certain the customer knows they're appreciated and encouraged to want to come back next time, be it service, answers or another vehicle. I called 5 Star Ford for service on a brand new vehicle I had not purchased from them. Johnny was friendly and helpful. He set up an appointment for me and met me outside the day of my appointment. He listened to my concerns, helped me secure a rental car and transfer my children's car seats from my vehicle to the rental. The service work was completed in 1 day to my satisfaction and again when picking up my vehicle Johnny helped me transfer my car seats and children into my vehicle. Upon arrival both times I was greeted by name with a smile and a handshake. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. I will use 5 Star Ford for service repairs, if needed, in the future. More
