My experience at 5 Star Ford was exceptional. I had such previous experiences at dealerships that I was very leery to go in person - in fact my last Ford dealership experience in Irving Texas was so horribl previous experiences at dealerships that I was very leery to go in person - in fact my last Ford dealership experience in Irving Texas was so horrible that I vowed never to buy a Ford regardless of the good deal. However, I was shopping on-line and saw 5-Star Ford had great customer service reviews so I took the chance and went to 5 Star Ford. Mr. Hardick approached me and was such a great listener and able to answer my questions, it was such a great experience that I walked out with a new Ford. Mr. Hardick was very professional in that he provided information about different vehicles and even walked me through the parking lot and opened a few so we could look at the difference. I felt no pressure and decided to test drive a few and ended up buying one that day. Mr. Hardick was very customer oriented and continued to offer me choices as to the vehicle that would suit my needs and most importantly solutions to my decision-making that would suit my needs. My husband bought me a new car a year ago. Tho we had some initial problems with the car, each time I've had to go to the dealership, they have been most helpful. The last two times I drove over after Bi some initial problems with the car, each time I've had to go to the dealership, they have been most helpful. The last two times I drove over after Bible study and they fit me in right away taking care of my minor issues AND washing my car -- a clean car makes me feel good! Most recently, Jonathan was helpful in trying to have a ding removed for me. Tho he wasn't able to do it for free, he gave me a quote for when I'm ready. I recommend Sam Pack's Five Star Ford for customer satisfaction. More
