This was the worst purchase of a vehicle I have ever had. The salesman lied several times and the parts woman promised that the weather proof floor mats that I bought would be in the vehicle when I picked it The salesman lied several times and the parts woman promised that the weather proof floor mats that I bought would be in the vehicle when I picked it up , however I got them three weeks later and I had to put them in myself. I have purchased many vehicles from several dealerships but five star was the worst ever!!! Derek Song was the sorriest finance person I have ever been forced to deal with. We walked in ready to buy and knew the vehicle we wanted . 3.5 hours later we left the dealership with the understanding that we would pick up the vehicle three days , completed. We couldn’t get the salesman nor the used car manager to call us back. We finally picked it up at 7 pm Saturday night to leave on a trip Monday morning. It still needed more work done to it and the weatherproof floor mats were not in it ( like promised). More

Simply the best place to buy or lease a vehicle. If they don’t have what I want, they find it for me. They’ve never failed to do so.
