He explained every step of the process and carried on a conversation. That was a comforting experience. Service department is the best we have ever dealt with. Our vehicles are serviced quickly and throughly. We have never had damage done to our vehicles. That tells me the technicians are careful and considerate of our property. Ben is wonderful. He keeps me informed doesn’t not try to over sell. If we have questions he answers them immediately. I will definitely keep coming here. I may have to wait a couple of years, new car and all. More
