John Birdwell and Five Star Ford did a great job to get me into a new car. I fully intended to sell my former car (an Escape) to a different vendor, who offered me more, but John was able to get me the eq me into a new car. I wanted a new Explorer, with more space than the Escape allowed. John found me a car with all my requirements and worked with me to get some extras at no additional cost. With all the new technology in my new car, I often need help with one button or another feature. His followup is wonderful and if he doesn't know the answer he"ll find out. This is my 4th Ford purchased and Five Star and it won't be my last. More
