Superb service all the way I called to schedule an appointment to get my car repaired and had the pleasure of talking to Odie. He was very courteous and scheduled me an appoint I called to schedule an appointment to get my car repaired and had the pleasure of talking to Odie. He was very courteous and scheduled me an appointment that day to get my car in for service. I know service advisors get busy with other customers and I called the next day to check on my car mid-morning, left a message and he returned my call within about ten minutes. He checked the status of my car, called me back with the great news that the technician had already checked it out and that the parts required for the repair had already arrived at the dealership. Wow! That was quick. Odie called me back mid-afternoon with the great news that my car would be ready to go shortly. He also scheduled a courtesy pickup for me and by five o'clock, I was on my way home with my car repaired. I can't thank Odie enough for being so courteous and conscientious about keeping me informed and taking care of me after the problems I had had at another nearby dealership trying to get my car repaired. Thank you Odie!!! You're my service advisor from now on!!! More

I had just purchased my Explorer in December as lease was ending soon and purchased extended warranties which included the tires. They discovered a nail in my right front tire and replaced it under warranty. Excellent Service !! More

Great Service, except the AutoButler. The service provided by your service department was great, but the AutoButler was less than desired. The inside of my truck was not completely vacuume The service provided by your service department was great, but the AutoButler was less than desired. The inside of my truck was not completely vacuumed. The back floor of my F-150 still had dog hair and dirt. On the outside they missed part of the bed. There was still dirt. Did that even wash the truck before applying the finish? I am disappointed with their performance. I have always been happy with the AutoButler before, but not this time. More
