My sister purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Warner Robins, and I was present throughout the transaction. Shortly after the purchase, we discovered information that caused us to question whether the vehicle had previously been involved in an accident, and we do not believe this was clearly disclosed before the sale. When she requested to exchange the vehicle, Store Manager James Snowden told us it would significantly increase her monthly payment. We also felt our questions about the paperwork, financing, and optional add-on products were not fully answered before documents were signed. When my sister later requested to remove or cancel optional add-on products, those requests were not accommodated. Overall, we experienced poor communication, a lack of transparency, and dismissive customer service. I encourage future buyers to carefully review every document, ask questions, and fully understand any optional products before signing. More

Purchased a car March 14, 2026, had to return car on March 30, 2026, finance backed out of deal. Put $4,000 cash Down and was told the check would be expedited and sent the next day. April 7, 2026!! Multiple messages have been sent with no reply from Ashley. Who I believe is at a sister site. I am really at a lost because of the excellent service of the sales and service team. More
