2015 Sonata Hybrid Purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. This has been the absolute best car purchase I have had in a large number of years. I worked with Terrence F Purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. This has been the absolute best car purchase I have had in a large number of years. I worked with Terrence Fannin. I appreciated his confidence and knowledge of the Sonata as he was very careful to fully explain the various aspects of the car. He did not pressure us as we discussed the cars price and our trade in value. He thoroughly explained the various cost areas (MSRP, discounts, trade-in, taxes, etc.) and allowed us to make our decision. In addition to Terrence, the finance manager (John Scinso(?)) provided a great experience in what has in the past a tiring and frustrating activity. John got us in and out in a very short time while still explaining all aspects of the "signing" process. All in all, I'd rate this whole experience as a 10 and would highly recommend this Five Star dealership. More

Wasn't really sure what type of car I wanted to purchase and this was the second dealership that I had visited that day. Having previously owned and loving my Hyundai Sonata, I decided to test drive a Sonata Hybrid and let me tell you it was fantastic. OMG! Mr. Garman did an outstanding job of sharing all the features of the car and why it would be a great buy. I was still a little hesitant at first but after sitting down with Brett and looking over the other types of Sonatas', it became transparent that what I really wanted was the Sonata Hybrid. The overall experience was great. Thanks Brett!!! More

We chose to go with Five Star Hyundai because they gave us a good quote on our trade in and were close to where we live. There was a used Hyundai on their lot that had been listed online for a week or more us a good quote on our trade in and were close to where we live. There was a used Hyundai on their lot that had been listed online for a week or more. When we arrived at the dealership, the salesman we dealt with had a hard time finding the keys to the vehicle. Apparently this was a recurring problem for him. He spent a good half hour just looking for the keys. Then he informed us the car had not been cleaned since it had arrived. He spent another half hour trying to convince us to buy something else before he would let us test drive. After the test drive, I knew I wanted it. We had to wait around even longer while they appraised my vehicle, something that should have been started sooner. Negotiations only took a few moments before we settled on a decent price, not a great deal, but an average one. Then we sat around waiting even longer to sign the forms. Once they were signed, we had to wait again while they "cleaned" the car. They basically sprayed the outside down and squirted some Febreeze. The car was still a mess. I didn't really expect a miracle, but everyone at the dealership was talking about how "clean" it was and how good of a job their service department does. Maybe we have Extremely different definitions of "clean", but there was still dog hair, crumbs and dirt everywhere. All in all, it took us 4 hours to get done with the sale. Its been almost a month since we made the deal and they are still harassing us about forms THEY forgot to have us sign. We have already gone back to them three different times. Despite our trips back, the paperwork is STILL not done. I do not recommend this dealership at all. They are slow, inefficient and lack proper communication between all departments. More
