I was able to negotiate the deal on the phone for the car I bought. This was a must since I live 3 hours away. The price was fair and the car was honestly represented. The sales person BB made a video I bought. This was a must since I live 3 hours away. The price was fair and the car was honestly represented. The sales person BB made a video outlining points of concern for me. Last today I called BB and told him the car would not start because it probably had a bad battery. I replaced the battery on the 2017 model vehicle. Perhaps the dealer will offer to pay for the battery since I bought it 3 days ago. Time will tell. Over all I’m satisfied More

He was also able to get the car we wanted from another dealership. But the financial guy was bad. First he had the wrong interest rate on the form, 2% instead of 0.9%. When we pointed it out he said, "oh, they change all the time." Really? Subaru has had the 0..9% financing on new Crosstreks for months. All their other cars are 0%. So where did 2% come from? Isn't the financial guy's job to know what the interest rates are? Was he trying to rip us off? (We insisted and got the 0.9%.) Then he had the wrong mileage on the car. I don't know where he got that from. And finally he put all the paperwork in a folder that said "Certified pre-owned documents." This was a new car purchase. OK, its a nit, but you'd thinking buying a new car would rate a folder that at least said "new car." So bottom line, salesmen good. Financial guys - well, read your paperwork VERY CAREFULLY. More

I’m most upset with this dealership. My temporary license tags expired two days ago. I’ve called the dealership. I was told not to that cops are not paying attention to expired tags due to Covid19. My regist tags expired two days ago. I’ve called the dealership. I was told not to that cops are not paying attention to expired tags due to Covid19. My registration came stating I was to receive a handicapped plate. The dealership doesn’t seem to know where my plates are. Long story short: I can’t drive my car because of poor customer treatment. Also I was told the dealership would take off the NTTA tag. Yet I’m receiving tickets from my car I traded in for the Subaru.! I’m most upset at the horrible customer service!!! I couldn’t give them even one star but this system doesn’t allow me a negative response. More
