The customer service we received at the time of purchasing the car was awesome from our sales guy to the finance guy!!! However the SERVICE DEPARTMENT needs some work in their customer service! purchasing the car was awesome from our sales guy to the finance guy!!! However the SERVICE DEPARTMENT needs some work in their customer service! My sons car has been in the shop for a week now with no input from them as to what’s wrong with the car. No diagnostic has been done on it and the service team has tried to push for us to go somewhere else. I mean, who does that? Pushing a paying customer out the door? Believe me, we would gladly go somewhere else after this mess but unfortunately there is much lower deductible on our extended warranty to bring the car to this dealership. I guess they forgot to mention, good luck on trying to get them to work on your car! I understand being busy and being backlogged but after a week of being in there it would be nice to at least have an idea of what’s wrong with it and if it will be covered under warranty. Not everyone has just another car to use lying around and no big deal that your other is in the shop! No, it’s very stressful not knowing how you’re going to get to work everyday. This just seems to me to be poor customer service, first trying to push someone out the door and second having to wait so long to at least get the diagnostic done so we know what we’re dealing with. More
