This dealership successfully resolved my sound system issue. I like that they kept me notified of the process throughout and informed me of any delays. I would highly recommend Flagship Motorcars over Mercedes of Boston in Somerville, where they refuse to give loaner cars and are extremely hard to get in touch with. More
