They value money over all and will screw you over if it has the smallest bit of personal gain fo This is the worst dealership I have had to deal with. I had the misfortune of dealing with Michael Ogakwu, and I must say he isn't just a bad salesman, he's dishonest too. I test drove the car and made plans to return 3 days later (due to bank issues) with a check in hand to finish the papers. I spoke to Michael on the day before I was to close on the car and he told me he would be able to come in to close on the car. When I called him to confirm on the day of, he never answered his phone. I sent an email and left a voicemail and he never chose to call me back. When I drove 2 hours into the dealership to finish the deal (I had left with a dealer agreement prior) I was informed they sold the car and never told me. When I called Michael he told me he definitely at least called me and texted me, but I suppose both of those mysteriously didn't come through. He never apologized or made any attempt to rectify the situation. He made his buck and was done with me. **DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. OTHER DEALERSHIPS WILL RESPECT YOUR BUSINESS, THIS ONE WILL NOT** More
