Awara and Darnell were great. Awara is quite the character, he keeps things fun and light and knows his stuff. Darnell is another wealth of knowledge and will make you feel right at home. Very quick off the phone, “no negotiation,” They confirmed the E350 I was originally looking at was available 20 minutes before I headed their way only to find out it had sold the night prior.. classic tactic that I fell for. Awara was dealt a tough hand on this one as he was thrown into this, he had no prior knowledge of me coming in or the communication I had with the online team. He found me what I needed and was able to get the price to a point I could justify. All in all I’m happy, buying a car is never a hoot but it got the job done and Awara made it as fun as it could be and was very attentive throughout the process. More

It was an emotional time for me as my dream car (CLS550) had recently been totalled, the insurance process was not easy, and so to find a team as helpful, supportive and empathetic was wonderful. They took care of the return of my Enterprise rental car; Ahmad drove me to my home and they sent John to collect me from my home to drive me back to Lynnfield to collect my new car. Every detail was taken care of. Phil even came in on the Friday he was supposed to be off work. Elder took me through the features of my new car, connected my phone to BlueTooth and patiently pointed out differences between the 400 and 550. Derek was efficient and effective at getting financing paperwork processed. Phil followed up with me a few times after the sale to ensure all was well, and to wish me a happy Thanksgiving.
