Steven was my salesperson he was friendly and knowelgeable! Steven spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions about the car. I had gone back 2x to look at the car and test drove it again . Both time Steven spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions about the car. I had gone back 2x to look at the car and test drove it again . Both times he was professional and friendly . Good experience except for finance Phil Saissi and the team was a pleasure to work with with the exception of the finance department. I would strongly recommend getting your own loan a Phil Saissi and the team was a pleasure to work with with the exception of the finance department. I would strongly recommend getting your own loan approval from at least one bank. She quoted me 2.5% higher than what the exact same bank (Bank of America) quoted me directly and told me that was the best rate I would ever see. She also tried to convince my spouse behind my back to buy extended warranties while I wasn't looking after we had already said no. Tried every scare tactic in the book. Phil is a gentleman and made himself available nearly 24/7 for us. Go see Phil! More
